TikTok Scraper for Business Leads
Plenty of small businesses sell on TikTok and put a WhatsApp number in their bio. LeadTrapper finds those creators by keyword, hashtag or username, lists the people commenting on a video, and collects the follower counts, bios and any email or phone number each profile publishes. No code, no API key. $50 a year after a 14-day free trial.

What the TikTok scraper does
- Finds creators five ways. By keyword in TikTok’s account search, by hashtag, by search phrase, from a list of usernames, or from the people who commented on one video.
- Collects the useful details. Username, display name, followers, total likes, bio, link in bio, and any email or phone number the profile publishes.
- Reads the videos too. Hashtag, keyword and profile searches add each video’s link, caption, posting date, plays, likes, comments and shares, so you can see who actually gets attention.
- Puts relevant accounts first. Creators whose name or bio matches each word of your keyword come first, and Show all reveals the rest.
- Lets you set the size. From 10 to 10,000 results per run, with an option to skip videos you collected before.
- Exports in one click. Download the results as CSV or Excel, or load the phone numbers straight into a campaign.
- Downloads videos too. Paste a video link to save it as an MP4 in HD or SD without TikTok’s watermark, or paste a list of links to download them in a row. Use it for your own videos, or with the creator’s permission.
How it works
- Search. Pick a tab, type a keyword, hashtags, usernames or a video link, and press Run. A browser window opens and works through TikTok for you.
- Log in if asked. If TikTok wants a login, log in once in that window. LeadTrapper keeps that session on your computer for later runs.
- Reach out. Export the list, check the numbers with the WhatsApp Number Filter, and message them with the WhatsApp bulk sender.
Why TikTok leads
Beauty salons, property agents, car dealers, caterers and home businesses often sell on TikTok first, and many put a WhatsApp number in the bio because that’s where their customers message them. People commenting on a competitor’s video are another warm list. For businesses that also publish contact fields, the Instagram scraper usually finds more emails, and for businesses on maps, the Google Maps scraper returns the most phone numbers.
Know the limits
TikTok’s Terms of Service say you may not use automated scripts to collect information from TikTok, so the risk to your account is yours. TikTok has no business contact field, so many creators publish no email or phone at all. The Commenters tab lists the people who commented on a video, because TikTok doesn’t show who liked one. Collect only what creators publish, and contact them politely with an easy way to opt out.
Who uses a TikTok scraper
- Brands and agencies finding creators by niche and city, sorted by followers and plays.
- Suppliers and local businesses finding sellers who put a WhatsApp number in their bio.
- Marketers finding warm leads among the people commenting on a competitor’s video.
- Content teams checking which videos, sounds and hashtags work in their niche.

Tips for a better list
- Start with Find Creators. A niche and a city, such as “cafe Dubai”, returns accounts with the best matches first.
- Mine the comments. Run the Commenters tab on a competitor’s busiest videos to list the people asking questions.
- Mix broad and local hashtags. #realestate plus #dubairealestate gives you both reach and people you can meet.
- Sort by plays, not followers. Plays show who actually gets watched now.
- Run weekly without repeats. Tick the option to skip videos you collected before.
Common problems
- “TikTok ran into a problem.” Try again in a few minutes. If TikTok is blocking requests, wait 30 minutes and retry.
- A run returns nothing. TikTok may want a login. Log in once in LeadTrapper’s TikTok window and run it again.
- The same creator appears many times. Hashtag searches return one row per video. Use Find Creators when you want one row per account.
- Many blank email and phone cells. TikTok has no business contact field, so only creators who publish contacts have them.
- A video won’t download. Private, deleted and region-restricted videos can’t be fetched, and the outside download service is sometimes busy. Try again later.

Questions
What does the TikTok scraper collect?
Usernames, display names, follower and following counts, total likes and videos, bios, the link in bio, and any email or phone number a creator publishes on their profile. Hashtag, keyword and profile searches also return each video’s link, caption, plays, likes, comments and shares.
Does it find emails and phone numbers?
Only the ones creators publish. It opens each new creator’s public profile and looks for an email address, a WhatsApp link or a phone number. TikTok has no business contact field, so many creators publish none.
Do I need coding skills or an API key?
No. You type a keyword, hashtags, usernames or a video link and press Run. LeadTrapper does the searching in a browser window on your own Windows computer.
Is scraping TikTok allowed?
No. TikTok’s Terms of Service say you may not use automated scripts to collect information from TikTok, so the risk to your account is yours. Collect only what creators publish and contact them politely.
How much does it cost?
$50 a year for every LeadTrapper feature, including the TikTok scraper, after a 14-day free trial with no card needed.
Can I scrape the comments on a TikTok video?
Yes. Paste the video link into the Commenters tab. You get each commenter once, with their comment, follower count and any email or phone their profile publishes.
Can it download TikTok videos without the watermark?
Yes, in HD or SD, one link or a list. LeadTrapper gets the clean file through an outside download service; if that fails, a backup method is used and the watermark may remain. Download your own videos, or other people’s with their permission.
Does it work on Mac?
No. LeadTrapper is a Windows app for Windows 10 and 11, installed from the Microsoft Store.
